Stock Inventory System For a Jewelry shop.

There are two types of stock entries: 1. Jewelry Stock Entry 2. Gem Stock Entry i have created the stock entry with SAVE, UPDATE, DELETE and VIEW records only for these two stock entries. ** The stock no is unique, "" ** The Jewelry stock is always one item which mean the Quantity always '01' which will never change. Stock no. Example(MDR001) ** For Gems there will be gem Quantities and gem weights available which will change. ** Stock no for Gems: Example (MG001, UG001, ) auto incremented ** There are two types of Users. From the combo box if we select the Jewelry, below the grid-view you will find three entries. no of pieces, weight and specification these should be invisible and it should be visible only for GEM if its being selected. 4. In the search box when u enter the stock number "ADD" on the right side the image of the stock should appear. this should happen for both stocks Jewelry and Gems 5. Customer names, country and initials will be entered. 6. Payment methods can be made by cash or foreign currency or card. 7. Functions are to be made: SAVE, UPDATE, DELETE 8. Main Two Functions are their Print INVOICE and Print Certificates. (invoice and certificate is pre-printed with the header and footers contented. When printing an invoice for "Jewelry" From the stock Jewelry table it should be reduced so that we can see whether the stock is available or not. This should be applied in the OUTSTANDING FORM. (QTY 01) its a unique stock. 10. when the staff selects the GEM from the stock type combo box. (Example: in the GEM stock entry you select stock no: MG which appears as MG005 entry data with No of pieces: 50 , Weight: 50) and then go to invoice and enter in the NO of pieces: 10, Weight : 10. after printing the invoice the stock should be shown as no of pieces 40 and weight 40. (i have created only one table, i don't know how that should be done have look at it). ** after invoice is printed , then secondly the certificate will be printed. 12 . in outstanding form, there is a grid-view. and a search box. (For Jewelry it should simply say available or out of stock) and (For Gems it should show the datas of current no of pieces, weight, and available or out of stock ) available or out of stock can be in column named "status."
