Sports Club Management web based software in C#

I have a project which needs to be implemented. It is a sports club management software. There's a very detailed functional specification avaialable (50 pages), which is even more than a functional specification, sometimes it's closer to a system plan. The MS SQL database is already built and basic data configured. The system needs to be webbased, written in ASP.NET, C#, latest DevExpress components to be used and Entity Framework also needs to be used. We already have a basic project ready (containing error handling, entity framework etc.), this should be continued. The very high level scope of the project: customers can register, login, book courts and pay for the services. Administrators can manage bookings, manage groups, allocate trainers to trainings etc. Trainers can view and confirm the presence of customers on the trainings. The system does the calculation, prepares invoices etc. It's a pretty complex system, you will be able to understand the details after you get the specification which will be shared with the selected freelancer(s). The implementation deadline is 7th of September. We will organize the implementation into weekly sprints and we will decide the scope of each sprint beforehand. Right now I'm looking for candidates who have the requested expertise, time and resources to do the implementation. I need references (in any form: it can be a website, screenshots, presentations etc.). As the project is complex and the quality of the user interface is important, I need to be sure that the team has the required experience.
