I need one app with this requiriments.
-Scan One area to read every X ms ( configurable )
-One area to read ( configurable on options X Y area ) , usually read numbers .
- If first number on area 1 is higher than X ( configurable ) then read area 2.
-When number of are 1 is higher than X read area 2 if not number on area2 (configurable ie. 5555) then > send shortcut ( configurable ie. Ctrl+0)
Easy ... read first area 1 every X ms then if number there is more X ie. 50 then read area2 if not number there ( area2 have 10 rows ) then send shortcut

I have experiences to develop ocr. It works with accuracy of over 90%. If only for numbers, it works even better. Preprocessing the image is also important.
