I need a solution that can convert PDF to HTML and WORD to HTML. If you cannot manage both, atleast 1 should work and I can pay for one part. Problem is that, I cannot install any software, so the files have to be the DLL referenced in asp.net. The conversion should happen on server side via DLL and not first install software on the machine and then use it's dll.

This is a bid for Word to HTML. i will be using OpenXML to convert Word to HTML. but exact copy of word to html might not be possible.. I will provide you with a dll that you can call via asp.net and it will not require anything to be installed. 1- Please provide sample word document so that i could look at it and guide further. 2-Which version of .net framework is used for ASP.net website that you are using?
