.NET and VB expert needed to modify an opensource project. (URGENT!) - 2

As you can see to update some major changes in it, one must have expertise in .net (C#.net and in VB.net). I am eager to work with the expert developer who has mentioned skill set to get the job done. Bidder must have at least 3-4 years of hands on expertise in .net domain. Changes requested deal with decreasing user interactivity with this software and to improve user suggestions. Only bid if and only if you have gone through this source code and are comfortable in terms of changing its source code. I will provide more details in chat but i have pretty much given the high level idea of the requested work. Please showcase what you have done in terms of modifications in the source code on Kinovea in your bid. Any time waster, outsourcer or the bidder with the rating less than 4.9 will be marked as spam.
