Before I go into greater detail regarding my skills and experiences, I'd like to take a moment to talk about your specific requirement:
I'm sorry to hear about this. It must be so frustrating! Fortunately, I've been developing applications and managing servers for more than twenty years now, so I'd be aptly fit to an issue like this and have some time today to troubleshoot the issue. I don't have any questions for you. At this point, I need to RDP into the server and diagnose the issue.
I've worked with companies and government agencies large and small around the world for over 2 decades. I'm an American but reside in Europe at least half of every year. One of my most significant value-adds is that I have significant knowledge of how business is conducted around the globe, specifically as it pertains to IT.
The following are a few of my favorite projects:
* Wrote a web application for a vacation property management company that succeeded in netting over $3M for 4 years straight.
* Developed a Java application for a healthcare organization that manages the distribution of medicine to end of life patients around the country. This Java app shaved precious DAYS off of the delivery process and resulted in saved lives.
* Presently consult on retainer for one of the oldest and largest paid submission search engines on the planet. This particular company uses truly bleeding edge Microsoft technologies.
