I need a Coder/Software Programmer in C#, or C++ or Visual Basic for Create a Windows Software for me.

I need of a software programmer that can create for us a video converter software for windows platforms, who will win the project must be able to follow these simple rules:

1) The video converter must be able to convert all kind of files (audio and video) to another file extension. Example (from avi to mp4, from mp4 to mp3 etc.)

2) The video converter must be able to convert files that people will execute on modern devices like tablets, smartphones etc.

3) The programmer who win the project must be able to ask us which kind of graphics need and we will provide to him in few days.

4) We will provide to the programmer the GRAPHIC INTERFACE and EVERY NEED FOR THE PROJECT.

5) The programmer must be able to create two version of the same software: the 30 day trial version and the complete version with the possibility to give user to register the software with a serial number.

6) The programmer must provide us also the serial number generator tool for the software.

7) The programmer must give also us a signed certificate that we are the owner of the software and we have all rights of the software.

8) The final files of the software must be in .EXE and must be have a setup file to install it on every PC.
