Video Files playback in sync

We record 4 video files in .avi or .ts format (container) on to attached media (USB drive or SD Card etc. from a DVR (Digital Video Recorder). As an example, they are recorded as follows: ([login to view URL]): [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] They can be played back via VLC or other media players like the Windows Media Player etc. The problem is that we have to open 4 separate VLC (or other player) windows and each of them can play one file. We have no way to start, stop, forward, rewind and pause in sync. We need a solution in the form of a program which can be sent to people, where they can load all the files, and then 4 windows in a quad format should pop up with each window displaying a file, and there should be 'buttons' where the user can start, stop, forward, rewind or pause the video. You may use VLC (as it is open source and SDK is available as the back end player) or any software of your choice as long as it can playback .avi, .ts and preferably also .mp4, .mov and .mkv files. All files have video and audio encoded with a h.264 encoder. The program must be usable on Windows and Mac OS. The main display screen should have all necessary buttons for Play, Stop, Forward, Rewind and Pause. These buttons must collectively start, stop etc all the videos. If possible, it should also have the ability to export all loaded files as one file in .ts or .avi format, so the user may thereafter play back just that one file from any video player. We may need to add our company logo to the main screen.
