We need RFID reader "wiegand protocol", based on ESp8266 which should execute the following: 1 - Communicate with RFID readers via Wiegand protocol and send it to the server (TCP/IP). 2 - Read one On/Off Switch and send it to the server (TCP/IP). 3 - Read another On/Off Switch and automatically turn on relay then send the status it to the server (TCP/IP). 4 - accept the instructions from the server (TCP/IP) to turn ON/OFF relays. 5 - Receive the RFID cards list from the server that they allowed to to turn on the relay and and that automatically in case of the communication with the server lost. Please quote only if you have previous experience and quote only final price as any one who will change his price will be considered a time waster and if you have any clarifications you can sent them in the message as nothing more will be added and i will reply only on the questions "No chatting or asking for the budget"
