Newbie (me) wrote a boat "Autopilot" program for an Arduino Uno. I'm reading a compass (LSM303D) heading, and moving a 12v linear actuator via a 2 ch relay to adjust the boats rudder to maintain desired course. It works to a point (a few min), but I think I'm running out of memory resources. I'd like to streamline the code and tighten up my memory usage, but my skills are very poor.

I can help you. Do you completely exclude the incorrect electrical connection of Arduino? If you are interested, you can add a GPS module for a full autopilot (you can talk via Skype).
