I need a dos-box command line utility that can be called during an automate batch file and add the the audio cart chunk information specified in section 6 of this document (ftp://[login to view URL]) to a generic .wav audio file. Needs to add title / artist, etc. fields by variable in the command line so that I can specify what the title and artist and other elements mentioned in the referenced pdf are set as when the batch file is called. Example syntax of what I have in mind is below:

program, input filename, output filename, title set for chunk, artist set for chunk,

[login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] -t The Gambler -a Kenny Rogers -l 03:54

I have attached links to a file with the proper cart chunk information header already added ([login to view URL]) and a sample [login to view URL] file that would need the information added to it. Let me know any other questions. Need this as soon as possible. Thanks.
