We need that you convert a imagemagick script attached (Fred ImageMagick LocalThreshold) to a Golang program.
You must use a MagickWand C API (NOT shell script NOR shell exec).
The parameters we usually use in this script is $>>> localthresh -m 3 -r 25 -b 20 -n yes, but the program must to work with dynamic parameters.
The result using a golang program and the script must to be identical.
The Golang Program must be delivered with all source code very well commented.
Importante: will be a linux golang application.
