Windows C expert: Win Service, TCP, Logging, TAPI

We have a working TAPI client console exe in Microsoft VC6 which needs to be migrated to a Visual Studio 2010 solution. After migration, requirement is to add: + Integration current console EXE into Windows Service + Add standard logging package and convert [login to view URL] to file logging, Add logs to event log for fatal error and service startup/stop + Add [login to view URL] file and read procedures to initialize key settings + Add a simple one session TCP listener which accepts simple commands to re-init configuration from [login to view URL] file Deliverables: =========== Fully tested and working solution for VS2010. Install on our PC(remote access provided) so that we can test and recompile your solution. We provide a PC for you to login to test TAPI with our telephony server. You can develop on the provided machine or on your own PC and then upload to our PC for our testing. We expect independant and professional work and code. Good communication. Code need to be fully tested, commented and working. Payment milestones (escrow via freelancer) =================================== + 1st milestone (50% of total), 2 weeks after handover: After migration to VS2010 and file logging and TCP commands for Console application.
