Write a Business Plan

need to write a excellent business plan for new setup company in Ireland. Irish Govt has asked to produce a business plan. I want to apply for a work permit for a person i am going to employ in critical skills i.e. fluent in arabic, hindi and urdu language for Sales Executive Role for B2B. Irish Govt has asked to produce a business plan before they can issue a work permit. My idea is to make a headquarter in the Dublin City and export from their to all Europe countries, UAE countries and USA. I have pitched to the Ireland that i will be focusing on the minority people whose English is not first language. Therefore, business plan is to be written accordingly. You will also need to search online how much % of people speak arabic, hindi, urdu and punjabi langue in each Europe countries and data needs to be presented. This should be an excellent business plan as i will get only once chance with Irish Govt to submit my plan to help get the work permit for the person in Ireland. The business plan must be written very intelligently, capturing all things, showing data in graphical format and projected cash flow. you can assume assume anything you like but the business plan must be factual and powerful enough to help me win with them. little about my company is that we manufacture unique items, handmade items in Pakistan and company is registered in the UK. But we want to make Dublin as hub to export to all Europe countries. i have also told them that we already have large number of clients in UAE and they are arabic, hindi, and urdu speakers whom i am working with. so you will also need to do some search in the UAE countries and pick few related small companies we can mention in the business plan. Please note Irish Govt does not support any business plan if we tell them that we will be importing or servicing Irish market so bear in mind when writing the plan. Do not bid if you understand what you will need to do - as i would like to talk over the phone and ensure you understand the requirement before awarding this project because i do not have enough time and have only one week to submit my plan. you must be good in excel to generate charts etc and words and other software you can use.
