I will help you applying for Company Registration in HK, then opening a bank account and finally renting an office space. Do you also need to have a business licence in Macau? To minimise monthly operating costs during the initial stage, I suggest you just need to rent a room in a business center here. Furthermore I can be assistant for you during the initial stage for HK and Macau markets. One office can already cover both markets. Do you have a website with Chinese versions already? We are Hong Kong accounting company. Our fee for set up company is US$200 excluding (charged by government): 1. Company incorporation fee HK$1,760 (once-off), 2. Business registration fee HK$2,250 (annually). Please be advised that all companies need to prepare audit report by HKICPA every financial year.
