Hello, I am a certified Scrum Master and have run projects using agile methodology. I have taken requirements and developed user stories while consulting with the developers on the story points. In order to complete this task I will 1a) review the requirements 1b) review existing user stories 2) determine the major features to be developed 4) Revise / develop user stories 3) group all associated stories with feature 4) consult with developers (if possible) on story points.
