Requirement of an experienced Digital Marketing Expert / Social Media Consultant

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing expert / Social Media consultant for an ongoing project. This is an International project and we would need to integrate digital marketing consultant who has in-depth knowledge on social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube. Our requirement is 1. To send custom message with Image or URL to twitter handles or Twitter users who are following a particular twitter handle (Some cases more than 1Million followers per handle). 2. The expert should be able to also collect the twitter followers’ handle from an official twitter handle. 3. We are looking for an expert who can integrate bulk custom messages (More than 2500 messages per day) without getting tagged as “Spam”. Currently twitter restrict the bulk tweeting/Direct messaging for more than 2500 messages per day per user. 4. The same requirement as to be completed using Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest & YouTube
