Together with my partner we have bought an apartment in Beausoleil. You enter the apartment on the ground floor and we have all the space up to the roof. We have signed an agreement for a roofing company to convert the apartment into a duplex (the work begins in 2 weeks). This will give us 78 metres squared downstairs (including 2 balconies and a terrace) and about 33 metres squared upstairs. However we want the upstairs to be separate from the downstairs, with separate entrances. We would therefore need an architect to help us solidify the plans/ideas we have for the downstairs and upstairs. They would also need to calculate where the stairs would go and how the entrance would be created to separate the two floors. Attached is the floor plan for the downstairs.
