I need the following:
1. Full rendering of design with elevation
2. Full floor Plan
3. HVAC layout
4. Electrical Layout
5. Lighting Design
6. Full interior design
7. Cabinetry Drawings
8. Landscaping drawings
9. Exterior elevations and design
We have a very strong idea of what we want and this will be a very comprehensive design.
We would like all the drawings in CAD and will be providing Survey, building code restrictions, as well as current home details which we will need to reproduce to get our permits.
