Texturing a Technical model in 3D Max

We need help texturing and rendering an oil Refinery scene in 3D Max. Our client sent us the oil refinery scene as an .OBJ file and we imported it into 3D Max (this is a large file we will send later). We need you to texture and light the object, then produce a high res render. If you are an expert at 3D texturing we would like to get your bid on texturing just this one object - which is shown in the attached .jpg files and provided in the .MAX file. What is your price for texturing and rendering this one object? After you texture and render the object, you will send us the file as a .jpg, along with the 3D .Max file which we will place it back into the scene to show the client.
