Hi there, I need a structural drafter to produce DWG and PDF drawings for the structural design I've done for a house in Sydney, Australia, that is having a new floor added, as well as some alterations to the existing 2 levels. I’ve attached some documents to give you an idea on what I’m after. Attached are the following: 1. Fitzell Place – a few sheets from a different project as an example of the level of detail we’re after 2. Yanilla Cover & Notes - showing a typical cover sheet and notes pages, my project will need something similar 3. 171129 Design Markups – my structural markups for the project I need drafted 4. 171129 Bracing – some details to be copied and pasted from another project of ours 5. WBH – The original architecturals for this project (will provide DWG if we go ahead) I envisage my project will have the following sheets: 1. Cover Page 2. Notes 3. Notes 4. Notes 5. Footing plan and details 6. L1 plan 7. L2 plan 8. L3 plan with awnings shown in part plan 9. Roof plan 10. Details (per page 13 of my markups and the bracing and uplift details) I will provide a DWG sheet template with the title block I will also provide the following in PDF marked up beyond what I've already attached - information for the cover page and notes, all details, sheets from the Australian Standard for copying some details.
