Purchased a Steel Building for a new Event Space in Edwardsville, KS. Need a architect to review my interior (non-load bearing walls) layout. Must be licensed. Plan must be in AutoCAD format and be stamped - for acceptance by the Unified Government of Kansas. Bathroom options: 1. Fix stalls and walls to accommodate ADA 2. Design a Family Bathroom/ADA bathroom in the Bridal Suite. Fix boys/girls bathrooms to accommodate everyone else. Identify rough in plumbing, electrical and natural gas.
