Dear Sir, I write to indicate my interest in your building design advert. I am an Urban Planner/Architect. I graduated in 2007 and 2011 respectively. I am well versed in building design, site planning. Your property can accommodate your dream house. The only problem is that your bedrooms will be about 2.5m x 4.0m or it could stretch to 4.5m due to a minor side setback of 0.5m. There will be front setback of about 4m. You will still have a living room/dinning plus a kitchen. Also the 2 bathrooms are feasible. If it is an upstair affair we may be constrained as to where to locate the stair well. But it is still not impossible. You will need a complete drawing comprising of: structural, electrical, mechanical and architectural drawings. Let me do this for you. I have the expertise.
