I am looking for someone who can do the civil engineering for a 12 acre RV park. However, we are only are constructing on 5 acres for now. Fairly simple. Just need to design road layout, and septic lines, water lines, electrical plan in order to get a building permit from a small local town. I have a rough sketch of what I want it to look like but finished project must be able to pass engineering requirements of the state of Texas, USA. Registered Sanitation Engineer is designing the septic install. Power and water also available on site.
