We have a detailed set of plans for a 2 1/2 story single family home. We require an intelligent experienced surveyor, engineer or suitably minded architect to carefully go through the plans and derive an exact bill of quantities for the materials for the house. Sheathing, Magnesium board, plywood, roofing materials, paint, flooring, kitchen cabinets, faucets, shower faucets, toilets, tiling 3 bathrooms, electrical wiring, panel, plumbing materials including pipe. Analysis will be required on some elements to confirm that the materials being selected are correct - most is clear. This will suit a rigorous minded individual who loves detail, and is very accurate. All dimensions to be included. Work to be split up by module (this is a modular house) This is being done to overall US standards, so if you don't have experience working to the exacting standards required in the US, or you don't enjoy doing so, this is probably not the project for you. The final product will be entered into Excel or similar.
