Female Voice Talent Needed for Filipino (Tagalog) Sales Video

We are a financial savings and loans institution that exclusively caters to the Philippine military. Our organization is in need of a new sales video, and we are looking for a female voice talent for it. The video is meant to be a sales presentation, so that our frontliners don't have to do the presenting; they just need to answer questions from our potential clients after the video. The audio copy itself is about 1,700 words long. When recorded, it should be around 15 to 20 minutes. The copy is in Tagalog, with some English. We don't have our own recording facilities, the plan is for us to send you the script, you record it, then you send us your output, and we pay you (possibly after a round of revisions).
