Consume .NET webservice using Classic ASP- TEACH ME

Hello, I operate a website that is built on Classic ASP (vbscript). I built the site myself although I am not a professional coder. I am self taught. I have been doing this for a few years, and am pretty good with classic ASP. I need my website to be able to consume the methods from the webservices outlined in the attached documents. The purpose of this project is for you to TEACH ME how to do this by creating examples using classic ASP for fully consuming each of the methods listed. Your examples will be individual asp pages that have a simple interface (such as a form, etc) that will demonstrate the use of the methods. Your code is CANNOT use any special plugins or tools especially the Microsoft SOAPtoolkit because my ISP does not have that installed as it is no longer supported by Microsoft. I have done research on this, and I have found that it can be done by using HTTPget and MSXML. There may be other ways too, but the important thing to remember is that is MUST be pure vbscript, and not require anything non-standard to be loaded on the server. NOTE- I only require use of the "GetShippingOptions" method within the "electronic order" pdf. I need to be able to do all of the methods in the "Electronic Catalog" pdf. thanks!
