OK - here we go We need an offline application (exe) which can be downloaded from a site. Once executed, users will then be able to manage their records which are held in an online database; users will be able to enter, edit and remove records in the mini application, and then hit a publish buttom, which will then connect to an online database, where it will add, edit or remove records based on a users ID. The number of feilds we are dealing with here about 10 to 20 MAX, the number of users running the application will be anything between 5 and 100. The number of records each user maybe managing is anything between 10 to 10,000
