I will need the following from your end. - URL - Host Access - Access to the hosting server - If we have access to remote desktop, that is better - If remote desktop is not available, we will need FTP and data-base access Following will be the rough plan for upgrade. - I will take full backup of your current DNN 8.0.3 installation and we can download this backup offsite to make sure we have the latest copy with us - Create the copy of the site - Perform the upgrade on the copy site - Resolve problems if any - You can now test the copy site and report problems if any - Once everything seems good, we will take the backup again - Now the live site will be taken down so that during upgrade no new data gets into the site - Perform the upgrade - Make the live site available - More testing to make sure everything is good - Delete the copy site
