Simple .NET Core web page for reading and writing to a table in database (HANA)

My primary work is done with asp.net core or .net 5/6. I can make sites with blazor or react. I also can do web API's with .net core or .net 5/6. I can hook up to whichever database you want but typically i use mongo. I agree it would probably be easier to redo the form. I am happy to screen share whenever.
