News page: You need to create a new table to oversee the news system, it should be possible to add photos from the computer and from the database. We have have to have diffrent language available, so that when inputing news you select the language before you enter the news. Within each language we have to be able to add categories of news, one news item can be apart of more than one category. Within each category we should be able to select 4 news items, marking them 1-4 for publishing on the page for that category.
