Long-term ASP.NET 2.0 (C#) freelancer

We need a strong ASP.NET 2.0 programmer in C# with at least 2 years experience to work on a hourly basis as a freelancer. You must be fast, be able to write clean code and to follow given programming standards. Other secondary technologies that are important: Sql server stored procedures, Javascript, being able to write complaint (X)HTML code that works for all browsers. It is very important that the programmer is very trustworthy and honest. Must have a fast Internet connection and only work while online.
