I am looking to develop a job portal that is visibly and clearly better than the best in business like career builder and monster and therefore only a done-it-before freelancer in job portal development with an excellent understanding of the Asian recruitment industry, and an outstandingly innovative person would be required to meet the following requirements. Since I am based in India, only an India-located freelancer would be preferred to enable face-to-face discussions during development.
