I'm going to launch a website that provides e-consulting on issues of public safety, security and policing. I want to animate the pages with many sketches, infographics, and graphic visualization. The center of the whole visualization will be a horse that walks on two legs like a human and is dressed like a policeman. And that according to the page will vary the position of the police horse. But to start with something I need a drawing with the police horse (will be used with the logo) , the drawing will also be used in the tab, and police horse will also be next to the photo of each consultant. Must look vivacious, energetic, serious but with a glimt/glint in the eyes like saying "I know the streets and the people, I am a skeptic but noble and reliable, I´m here to protect you".
