Hello! I am interested in working with you on this project. I have designed and worked on residential buildings, offices, churches, libraries, malls and retail outlets with very satisfied clients. I usually work by myself, so it takes a little bit longer than some other firms, but I don't let that stop me from meeting the client's requirements and timelines. If you choose to utilise my skills, we will proceed as follows: 1. Discuss your project and your vision for it. This involves us studying the site plan and coming up with ideas to achieve your dream. Time span is 2 to 3 days. 2. Concept design and sketches: In this stage, we will have a design that broadly meets all the requirements. This is where we will start fine-tuning the design with plans and basic sketches to give us an idea of it will look like in the end. Time span: 3 days. 3. Final drawings and views: Once we have finalised the design, I will proceed with the drawings depending on the detail required with 3D views as required.
