I need you to write some articles for the below organization: Karachi Vocational Training Centre (KVTC) teaches life sustaining skills to Intellectually Challenged (IC) persons (Intellectually Disabled persons and persons with Learning Difficulties) of age 12 and above through functional academics, vocational and technical training, and therapeutic treatment. It is the first rehabilitation centre of its kind for the intellectually challenged in Pakistan. Since 1991, over 500 IC persons have found real, paying jobs all over Karachi, in local businesses and multinational companies through KVTC’s support & job placement services. Currently, 140 trainees are enrolled on campus including 35 residing at KVTC's Training Hostel. Being the 1st institute in Pakistan to properly use customized development programs or Individual Education Plans (IEPs), KVTC's training program works with the unique strengths of each individual, allowing them to develop to the best of their abilities in certified (Sindh Trade Testing Board) vocational and technical trades relevant to Pakistan's industrial environment, enabling them to find gainful employment upon graduation. MISSION: We believe that intellectually challenged people can continually develop, learn new skills, and become useful contributing members of society VISION: To have Pakistan provide people with disabilities a fair chance to acquire skills and knowledge without any restriction or limitations and live free of stigmas associated with their disability.
