Summarize 2 webinars by today

I need a freelancer to summarize 2 webinar videos for me. Each video is of 60 minutes duration. You need to summarize a webinar into 8-10 chapters. Each chapter should have a title and 2-3 sentences about it. Since it is required by today, please only apply if you can deliver it. Price is fixed $20 per webinar video.
