Report writing

Real Estate oriented, needs to be in 3rd person that flows into a story. This is the style I need. I need help with daily journal entries. I am in the real estate industry wanting someone that is knowledgeable but need to communicate correctly. I was told for a normal person to pick up and read to understand the situation. I need a 2hr turnaround time 3/13/19/ BF - 3:00pm. @ - 75 Academy Dr. Havana, FL- Robert Kasmer and I met with Greg Eastman Facilities Superintendent and E.E. Eunice Executive Director. We presented them with the aerial map of their tract and proceed to discuss with them any issues that were to arise. We first discussed about the driving course that they are currently building in the south east area of the property. Greg told us that the track was only one hundred and fifty feet off the property line. I informed him that the easement was only a sixty-foot easement so we shouldn’t run into any issues there. We then moved on to the firing range and determined that we would be well out of the drop range of that as well. Mr. Eunice asked about billboards if in the future they wanted to add a billboard a sign in the future if they could. I told Mr. Eunice that while Gulf Power will cross over billboards on this project that I could not answer that question right now as I do not know if that is something that engineering must consider. Robert told Mr. Eunice that he would find out an answer and get back to him. Mr. Eastman wanted to know if it would be possible to get electricity in that area off the line and if it is possible what would need to be done. I again told them that is a question that I am not equipped to answer but that Robert could ask and get an answer for. Mr. Eastman. He then asked what the possibilities for future infrastructure was. I told Mr. Eastman that while the easement document will define that for him the big thing is no permanent structures in the easement and obstacles that would prevent ingress and egress. Robert and I thanked them for their time. Robert told them he would try and get answers to their questions and let them know.
