Hello. My name is Deidre Guardiola, I am a medical doctor with about five years of experience translating and interpreting. I can translate from English into Spanish or Spanish into English + proofreading, around 15-20 pages/8 hours depending on the complexity of the texts. If they are more complex, I would first have to develop a glossary of terms that we can both agree on, so the texts can be read more fluently and become cohesive and congruent. If there is already an established glossary, I would gladly adhere to any specifications you may have. Regarding texts originally written in German translated into English or Spanish, I can translate and proofread about 10-15 pages/ 8 hours, because, even though I lived in Germany for a couple of years and went to a German school all my life, German is a very complex language that, as a teacher once told me, 'only the dead have time to fully learn'.
