Journalist/Writer, Residential Investment Property, Economics - for website search optimisation -- 2

We are a specialist residential property investment and advisory firm (Buyer's Agency) based in Sydney's CBD at Barangaroo with a national footprint. We are buyer's agents souring the finest residential investment property and owner occupier property in the industry supported by institutional-grade investment property research. This is a contract based, full time role The role involves developing and writing engaging, insightful content across all Providence's marketing assets (digital and printed). The content required will include, blog articles, email newsletters, in depth research reports, press releases, both short and long copy marketing and sales collateral, social media and website copy. The majority of work will be to increase our website search rankings to increase our organic search position. The most important tasks in this role are - • Research and delivery of high quality writing and projects to deadlines • Identification of appropriate writing topics (in addition to working with an existing topic list) with the ability to research and draw ideas from the Providence Directors, staff and external sources. • Strong writing project management experience including planning, structure and brief preparation of all content development (particularly large projects) before writing. • Capable of seeing a media article and writing a response based on the Director's opinion • Development of collateral ranging from printed material, corporate video scripting and online material. • Ability to tailor content across a variety of mediums • Ability to translate ideas into outstanding insight and visual storytelling - working on scripts and content for videos and help developing a visual library. • Working optimally with the Providence team and the resources you have available to you. • Ability to work with the business owners to create newsworthy articles and to generate publicity and have these published Additional useful skills would be - • Posting of all approved content to social media • Assistance with the ongoing social media rankings
