Our objective is to build and grow additional niche-sites for professional services in Germany, Austria, UK, Australia and the Philippines. TASKS ON-SITE SEO Optimize websites for Google and local search queries (local SEO) Create structured and actionable keyword research Create action plan on improving technical/on-site SEO Design or (review current) page and url structure Implement Meta and Schema elements Find and use appropriate common license images Optimize search console Optimize image sizes and load speed Optimize with wordpress plugins (yoast, one seo, etc.) CONTENT PRODUCTION Create content plan to attract and convert more visitors Write content for blog articles and web content Write copy for sales and landing pages Edit blog articles for SEO and CRO Create visually appealing lead magnets like ebooks & checklists, etc. Create email marketing campaigns with educational content WEB DESIGN Build simple content pages and landing pages with wordpress plugins, X-Theme and Cornerstone page builder (No coding skills required!) Coordinate with web developer on technical implementation that require coding OFF-SITE SEO / LINK BUILDING Create content marketing plan Propose a link building plan and execute it Distribute content on social media (Content marketing) Propose and execute on link building strategies Find and realize link opportunities Create and distribute press releases PR & Outreach to media, forums, influencer etc. Email outreach to webmasters, bloggers etc. Create citations for local SEO REPORTING: Create a weekly SEO dashboard Create link tracker Report progress in a structured manner Collaborate via Asana project management software and use time tracking software Manage progress and pipeline with Streak for GMail NEW OPPORTUNITY MARKET RESEARCH Find and evaluate new business opportunities by analyzing profitability of niche markets, creating keyword research, and evaluating business competitors and SEO competition. PROJECT MANAGEMENT & OUTSOURCING You are responsible for the results in increasing traffic and conversions. Propose efficiency increases through outsourcing certain low-level (SEO text, graphic design) and complex IT development (coding) tasks Manage outsourcing process with freelancers (odesk), budget and results SKILLS Must have: Excellent writing skills in German AND English Knowledge of Onsite & Offsite SEO Know how to edit copy Working knowledge of Wordpress, Google Drive, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner and other SEO tools Advanced Excel skills (formulas, tables) Wants to work towards goals independently, does not want to be spoon-fed and figures out the best way him/herself but speaks up if support is necessary. Wants to learn & grow Positive, “can do” attitude Understands that efforts don’t count, only results.
