We are a communication company with a social mission and we publish books in many countries around the world. Each book portrays between 60-90 stories of people. Each person is interviewed (30-50minutes/interview) and then a portrait is written. We would like to collaborate with you for our upcoming book: Those Who Inspire Lebanon for which we have 27 interviews of local inspiring people telling their life experiences, challenges, educational background and the projects they are working on. We will need to receive 5 audios per week. This should be a first time that we would be collaborating with you but if we will enjoy this collaboration, of course this could continue as we are working on different countries at the moment.
We require the services of transcription agents ideally located in India (Bangalore, New Delhi, Bombay, etc). They should be fluent in English and be able to type quite fast.
Our rates are 10 US dollars (which will be around 600 INR) per audio. The length of the audio may vary between 30 and 50 minutes, but the majority are around 40 minutes. The payment will be done via bank transfer.
Before delivering the files, I require you to accept to the following 2 conditions:
1. You must not disclose, distribute or copy any part of the confidential transcription audio files to anybody else. You must keep the transcription audio files secret and confidential and delete the transcription audio files stored on your computer (and any copies) once you have finished the transcription and given me the text files. You will need to sign a confidentiality agreement with us.
2. You must use the transcription audio files only for the purpose of transcribing, and must not use the transcription audio files for any other purpose.
Please send me a PM confirming you agree to the above 2 conditions. Once I receive your acceptance, I will provide instructions to download the transcription audio files and to upload the completed transcriptions. If you require software for transcription use, you can download Express Scribe ([login to view URL]) for free. This software has the ability to slow down playback and play OGG files. Closed type headphones are HIGHLY recommended to cut out background noise. You can type up the text in a text file (Notepad) or Microsoft Word. Please use a new file for each transcribed audio file.

I do have the experience being in the call center business for 4 years (I've been thru customer service and sales team) and 2 years of virtual assistant job to realtors as well and I'm very organized in the things I work on. I have a stable internet connection that can support my work for 8hours a day and back ups ready when necessary. I was previously a VA for a realtor and my tasks then was to send and response to emails and text messages, call leads and do follow up calls, input information in their CRM ( I was able to work with CRMs like TopProducer, Vulcan 7, AllClients, Follow up Boss etc) , organize their schedule and manage follow ups for documents.
