Editor-in-chief needed for an online art magazine

Hello creatives, + + + PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! + + + I am looking for a long term editor-in-chief for an online art magazine called MINUS37.com. It is going to be a very demanding position and the budget is $500 AUD per month + commissions from the income. This could be done remotely so as long as you have excellent written and editing skills in English, you will be considered. You also need to be an art geek with a very good understanding of creative industry - photography, motion, music, fashion, and travel. You don't need to be an expert of each section yet you have to be very tasteful. I used to run the magazine full time (more like a hobby) yet I was getting really good feedback and invited to few major events to cover and promote them. There is a really good potential as it is a quite unique concept. I am funding it from my own pocket to promote my own business which is still/motion production. So if things go well, I would be very happy to raise the budget and invest more into it. Note: the website was shutdown due to hosting problems so I am starting from the scratch. Duties are mainly; -First and most important - you need to be very hardworking and have a great visual & written taste. - Finding artists, brands, and topics to be written about. - Find writers (I have already have some - most of them are from upwork), deliver them the topics, direct them, check their work etc. - Manage the website which is already being builded in Wordpress. So you need to be technology smart - not necessarily a Wordpress expert yet you should be able understand how it works real quick. - Manage some of the social media. -Come up with new ideas to develop the project further - Be a self starter and autonomous. (I will be there to give you a guidance but ideally I expect that person to run the website smoothly without me.) Please have a look at it and apply ONLY if you suit this role so we can chat further.
