Create a set of video lectures on HR topics

I need a series of 'lecture capture' videos for a course on human resources management. The course will be for first year students in an undergraduate business and management course. The lectures will include the following topics: • Managing diverse groups and effective teams • Managing culture • Perception and Personality • Motivation, reward and performance • Ethics • Leadership • Politics and decision making in organisations • Sex and gender in management • Managing conflict and change • Organisational behaviour • Organisation structure and work design We may end up with 3-5 hours of video, with each video possibly being 15 minutes in length? I have put a 'placeholder' price for the work because Upwork requires me to include a price. We will need to have a discussion to firm up the structure, content and method. I will also need a sample of your work. The work will involve you doing the following: - propose an outline structure for the lectures - produce a script for each lecture - create the lectures in video, using Powerpoint or similar. The presentation will ideally show your face in the video, superimposed over the slides. You need to be an established lecturer with expertise in HR, a clear speaking voice, and be a native English speaker. The work must be your own, and you must be free to create content for an institution other than your current employer. ---- I will also need videos in other fields of business management, such as economics, marketing and finance. So I will welcome a dialogue with lecturers in other specialisms.
