Hi.... As a very experienced Australian educator, trainer and international business consultant I have many years' exposure to varying skills and competency (skills, knowledge and attitudes) frameworks for training and job roles.
This is an interesting project that appears to relate to the identification of questions to identify skill sets (competencies?) for various national job roles.
My HR consulting has also meant that I can bring experience with Australian, British and other skills frameworks to this project - also the experience of having created hundreds of Job Descriptions that are all based on relevant competency frameworks.
So the preparation of a question bank for "sector skills council & national skills development corporation for various job roles" poses a very manageable challenge.
Perhaps the staring point is to understand who the project is for, what specifically is required in relation to the question bank, what the target job roles are and what the final deliverable(s) is.
Then we can research the area and identify the work already done in the target areas. It will almost certainly be extensive as this is a well established area of development.
Maybe it will be possible to make use of the existing skill sets and present them as a checklist to fast-track skills identification?
I look forward to chatting about this to explore what is required. This proposal can be adjusted once the scope and deliverables are more clearly established.
Cheers, John
