No Phone, No emails, Only managing tickets on helpdesk. Need coverage between 5 am PHT to 9:30 AM PHT (4.5 hours , 7 days a week). Long Term - Ongoing. May get increased to 24/7 support agreement. Business to business communication. Lower bids preferred. Requirement :- Excellent communication skills (No voice calls to customer required. Only writing skills). Excellent customer service/soft skills. Must have good internet service and Laptop/desktop computer. Should be open for V*Removed by Admin as it encourages offsite communication which breaches our Terms of Service * Description:- Work includes monitoring ticketing helpdesk and managing customer tickets during this time. Flow of ticket is minimal during this time and hardly anything comes during this time. But we need someone to cover this time to complete the 24/7 service support agreement that we have with the client. You will be working closely with the existing team that covers the rest of the day and night. :
