Ajax powered domain name value estimator script

We are looking for a script much like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], but written in AJAX. Domain name values should be realistic and should be based on the following: 1. Alexa rank 2. Age of domain 3. Domain extension (.com, .org, .net, etc) 4. Google pagerank 5. Length of domain (number of characters) 6. Search engine score (Google Search Results, Yahoo Search Results, MSN Search Results) 7. odd characters (hyphens, numbers, etc) Code should have different weights for the different factors which would be easy to change (a page rank 6 adds $1000 to value, but in the future it may only add $100 to the value so it must be easy to change). It should output all the category results with a score of 1-10 (10 being best) which all contribute to the value of the domain). We would like something similar to leapfish.com. A neat little feature would have it keep track of how many times the script has been used (10000 domain appraisals to date). NO admin backend required (may be future project). Script must be 100% working an unique to us. Programmer may not resell whatso ever. We are looking for a programmer who can add insight on the project offering new feature sugguestions or ideas.
