TV and Video Player

We currently have a TV running in our reception. It has an area that plays QuickTime Videos, An area that shows flash animations (swf) which usually linked to RSS feeds and ticker that ran along the bottom displaying text. The information for these is all pulled from playlists currently in an excel file. We are now looking to update this application. We would like an Admin solution Ideally as a separate application, it would need to include the following functionality: 1. Edit a play list for the main video window, where videos, multiple image sequences and live TV sources (where to get the video feed from and for how long) can be added 2. Browse to the location of the video file and import it to the correct location for the main application 3. Ticker information - from RSS feed or entered manually 4. Additional information section - A playlist for the files that can grab information such as local weather and traffic. 5. Multiple play lists that can be loaded and saved (and Also Exported so they can be imported to the same application on a different computer) Player 1/. We can provide an interface layout and design, It will have a video area, an area for a ticker, an area for additional information 2/. An ability to stream from internet TV channel (BBC News / bloomberg etc) this all be territory specific 3/. Weather / News feeds Option for Web / Tablet Application 1/.Desktop PC/ iPad and ideally Tablet / iPhone versions (but can review possibilities later) - We would start with a desktop version but we would like have an iPad/tablet version later. 2/. The main homepage will be a copy of the player screen but with additional functionality. 3/. The tablet/web versions ideally could have additional tabs to more pages giving information about the companies services etc (micro website) 4/. The player would have an ability to browse old content to view or download for offline viewing (a bit like BBC iPlayer) 5/. Regular Newsletter updates - News section 6/. User feedback (Analytics) Flurry for us We require a price for the following: option 1 --> Desktop (Static) player (Flash Air) with remote updates over the internet from a config tool option 2 --> Add internet tv streaming (to above) option 3 --.> Mobile device version We can supply general screen grabs and more information when an NDA is signed.
