looking for a 3D animator

I need an animator that is a POC, as cultural sensibil;ities are critical to the core concept. I am a musician/graphic artist/writer and have several illustrated poetic narratives in book form. I'm looking for an animator who has the skillset to take the images, along with the text provided, and assist in rendering them as 3D animated shorts. I'll be providing the music, narration and any additional audio required for the animation. I have a clear conceptual framework within which to create those animations. I will require the signing of an NDA as part of the process, so as to protect and maintain the integrity of the original work (i.e., intellectual property rights) and not put my copyrights at risk. I have preference for a POC, as cultural sensibilities have everything to do with my work. I'm open to considering a limited business relationship/partnership with an animator specific to this project, given that we're talking about a commitment to rendering a series, rather a a single work.
