software special program

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++.sql-java. I want a special program for my electronic store (e-store) to manage the inventory and arrange the goods and make an easy way of coding and renaming these goods for a website which is specialized for selling of men's, women's and children’s clothing as well as shoes and accessories. And I want easily to connect it in my e-store So that I can make an inventory at any moment and present me the quantity and the remaining value and also which is spent, as well as the method of research for any paper to be printed and make financial lists for any product is selected or for all products .And the Printing is by company's trademark. Also I hope that it works on Android or I phone and this feature is not mandatory. If it is possible to do that, I will be happy. I want an easy, simple and uncomplicated program that doesn’t require continuous updating and be easy for updating if I need. Thank you
